Overview

The Plivo mobile notification module allows you to notify both your staff members and customers about important events in HostBill using Plivo SMS platform.

Activating the module

  1. The plugin is free and available to all HostBill users. In order to activate the plugin go to Settings→ Modules→ Notification Modules→ Inactive, find and activate Plivo plugin.

  2. Once the plugin is activated you will be directed to Settings→ Modules→ Notification Modules to configure the module.

Module configuration

Fill in the configuration fields:

  1. Sender ID

  2. Auth ID

  3. Auth Token

  4. Client filed - a variable name from Clients → Registration Fields responsible for holding client phone number. If this field is empty no sms notifications will be sent to client through Plivo.
