This plugin allows users to define the emails/domain list from which clients can write to support on their behalf
Activating the module
The plugin is free and available to all HostBill users. In order to activate the plugin go to Settings→ Modules→ Plugins → Inactive, find and activate Tickets allowed submitters plugin.
Once the plugin is activated you will be redirected to Settings→ Modules→ Plugins to configure the module.
Fill in the configuration fields:
Choose module display name
Select if you want the plugin to be accessible for all staff members or only selected staff members
You can define a list (comma separated) of domains in the field Excluded domains from which clients can't send emails/tickets.
After activating the module, the option Allowed ticket domain submitters in client area will be available to clients, where they will be able to provide an email/domain list.
