Mobile notifications
You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Extras → Mobile Notifications
Notifications settings
To enable mobile notifications you need to activate at least one of the notification modules. Detailed instructions on how to activate and configure notification modules with a complete list of available notification modules can be found here. Once you have mobile notification module activated and configured you can choose which notifications you want to enable: for clients and/or for staff members (admin notifications).
For Admin notifications you can choose to:
- Send mobile notifications about tickets with specified priority - define which ticket priority should trigger mobile notification
- Limit support notifications to specified departments - define which departments should get mobile notifications
For both client and admin notifications you can choose whether you want to send the notifications using all active modules (modules that you had perviously activated and configured) or if you want to use specific module/s only.
