Zoho CRM Auto-Export

Overview

Zoho CRM is a popular Customer Relationship Management software used to convert more leads, engage with customers, and grow revenue. Zoho CRM can act as a single repository to bring your sales, marketing, and customer support activities together, and streamline your process, policy, and people in one platform. With HostBill integration you can automatically export your client data from HostBill to Zoho CRM: either in bulk or for selected clients and client contacts only.

Activating the module

1. If the plugin is included in your HostBill edition you can download it from your client portal.
2. If the plugin is not included in your HostBill edition you can purchase it from our marketplace and then download it from the client area.
3. Once you download the plugin extract it in the main HostBill directory.
4. Go to Settings → Modules, find and activate Zoho CRM plugin. 
5. Once the plugin is activated you will be directed to Settings→ Modules→ Plugins to configure the plugin.

Module configuration

Fill in the configuration fields:

1. Client ID - Client ID from the application
2. Client Secret - Client Secret from the application
3. Endpoint - Zoho endpoint that you use
4. Auto-export clients - automatic client export during client creation
5. Auto-export all contacts - automatic export of all customer contacts
6. Auto-export selected contacts - automatic export of contacts which in the email address use the same domain as the main account
7. Delete in Zoho on HostBill delete - automatic account deletion from Zoho when the client delete the HostBill account

1. Create a new application in the Zoho Developer Console
2. Set Authorized Redirect URIs to the link provided in the module description
3. Go to the Client Secret tab and copy Client ID and Client Secret
4. Save changes
5. Press the Get Code button and confirm access to selected parts of the API

Configuring Zoho CRM

Proceed to Extras → Plugins → Zoho CRM → Configuration tab to set merge fields and to be able to manually export clients. You can set which field from client details is to be sent to Zoho or enter a custom value (language variables {$lang} can be used e.g. {$lang.yes}).

The Zoho CRM tab will display a list of clients who have not been exported to ZohoCRM. You can choose which customers you want to export.

In the Mass Export tab you can mass export all clients according to the options set in the module configuration. For mass export to work properly, it is necessary to enable the HostBill Queue module.
