OnApp: Client can't view usage graphs

Have you ever encountered such situation after login as client or your client reports it to you:

If you have suffered from such issues, in Settings->Apps you need to make sure:

  • that you have (Secure) option ticked, only if you have valid SSL certificate (self-signed doesn't count).
  • if you're using hostname it is valid, and resolve to your OnApp installation
