If you wish to change HostBill language in link (for example in direct order links) you can easily do so by adding param to url:

&languagechange=Language

like:

http://domain.com/index.php?/cart/&languagechange=German

If you're linking from external page, ensure to disable CSRF in language change link in Security & Display
