Error: The file is corrupted

When you encounter such error you should take into consideration three possible causes:

• The file has been damaged while uploading. You need to upload it again.
• Your ionCube loaders are out of date. Install the latest available.
• If you're using HostBill for a while now, make sure that /includes/controllers and /includes/models directories do not exist in your install - files there are no-longer used, its safe to remove those directories
