Languages: Language accent characters aren't displayed

If your language requires an accent characters (such as é á ã ç í, etc.) and at some point you have found that they aren't correctly displayed or they aren't visible at all in your HostBill you may need to edit your php.ini and change:

default_charset -> 'utf-8'
