Secure Tokens - easy path to PCI DSS Compliance

HostBill works with CIMB provided by InternetSecure, which allow merchants for easier PCI DSS Compliance with following method:

  • Upon initial purchase in HostBill your client provides credit card details to pay for service
  • HostBill sends credit card details to capture payment and tokenize it with InternetSecure
  • HostBill stores token safely in its database, making sure that full credit card number is not stored
  • Next purchases made by client with you or recurring invoices will be paid using client's unique token


Connecting HostBill with InternetSecure CIMB


  1. In HostBill go to Settings > Modules, find and activate InternetSecure CIMB payment module
  2. You will be taken to Settings > Modules > Payment Modules where you can configure module
  3. Enter your Gateway ID obtained from InternetSecure
  4. Enter your confirmation string for export script
  5. Save Changes

Setting CIMB Export Script


  1. In HostBill go to Settings > Modules, go to activated InternetSecure CIMB module, and click on "Edit configuration"
  2. Copy "callback URL"
  3. Log in into InternetSecure merchant interface, proceed to Export Scripts section
  4. Fill in Domain Section with your HostBill address, take Web Page from callback URL you've copied
  5. Enter Confirmation string to match one you've set in HostBill
  6. Save Changes
  7. Export script is required to make sure transactions using token passed successfully
  8. HostBill adds transactions only after successfull callback (export script) from CIMB
