Overview

AliPay Cross-border Online Payment provides secure, trustworthy and convenient online and mobile payment services. Collect payments on web & mobile from Chinese consumers.

Activating the module

In order to activate the module login to your HostBill admin panel, go to Settings → Modules → Payment Modules, choose AliPay Cross Border gateway and click Activate.  


Module configuration

Once the payment gateway is activated you need to configure it.

Then proceed to filling in all other configuration fields:

  1. Partner ID
  2. MD5 Signature Key
  3. Settlement Currency


All required information can be obtained once you login to your Live AliPay panel or Sandbox AliPay panel.
  • Login to your AliPay Panel.
  • Click on Global Products → Merchant
  • Copy "Merchant UID/PID" and "MD5 Signature key" and provide in the modules configuration fields.

FAQ

Question: I've enabled the module but it does not display in my client portal.
Answer: This module does not support the currency you attempt to display it in, please use background currency conversion.
