Client Teams
You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Clients → Manage Clients → Client Profile → Contacts → Teams.

Overview
Client Teams feature allows clients to group their Contacts into Teams and grant the team members with different privileges, allowing to pay invoices, manage services and more.
Team types
There are two types of Clients Team:
Local - consists of selected client contacts
Remote - where client enables access to their resources to the Team of another HostBill user
Add new Client Team
Client Teams can be added both from admin and client areas.
There are two ways to add Client Teams. You can either create a new Team by assigining client’s contacts to the Team or invite a Team of other user.
Admin area
To add Client Team navigate to Client profile, click the Contacts tab, select Teams section and click on Add Team button or Invite Team button on the right.
When adding a new Team, enter the Team name, a description (optional) and select Client Contacts to join the Team. Once the Team is saved, you can select permissions for the Team. The Team will automatically have the Invite Code created that can be later used in invitations to join other users' Teams.
When inviting a Team, enter the Team name, a description (optional) and the Invite Code of the Team that you want to Invite. Once the Team is created and the status is Active, you can select permissions for the Team.
Client area
To add Client Team navigate to Manage Contacts section from the left menu, click the Teams section and click on Add Team button or Invite Team button on the right
When adding a new Team, enter the Team name, a description (optional) and select Client Contacts to join the Team and select permissions for the Team. The Team will automatically have the Invite Code created that can be later used in invitations to join other users' Teams.
When inviting a Team, enter the Team name, a description (optional) and the Invite Code of the Team that you want to Invite. Select the permissions for the Team.

Client Teams Permissions
Client Teams permissions section defines access to client area sections that this Team will have. The set of privileges can be defined when creating the Team or can be edited afterwards. Availability of contact permissions also depend on client permissions.

Disable access to following departments - here clients can manage department access for their Teams. If a certain Team is allowed to open new tickets, clients can disable access to selected departments.
Permissions can also be granted on per-service level, depending on client functions that are available and enabled for given service. Those permissions may include:

View billing info
Receive related email notifications
