HostBill gives you the opportunity to create various support departments with different permission levels to enhance merchant-client communication. This feature will help you to better organize your staff and your communication with clients. The departments can be divided according to their functions, such as Support department, Billing department, etc.
Adding new ticket department
To add new ticket department simply click on Add new department button and configure the department step by step.
