Client Functions: Change Billing Cycle

You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Settings → Products & Services → Your order page → Your product → Client Functions → Change Billing Cycle

Change Billing Cycle is one of the Client Function which enables client to manually change (upgrade) recurring billing cycle. This change affects (increases) recurring price. Please note that the client can change/upgrade to higher cycle (i.e: Monthly -> Annually). The client can change the billing cycle only if there are multiple billing cycles available for given product. Billing cycle cannot be downgraded by customer. Once client selects the new cycle and confirms change, the renewal date and fee for this service will be adjusted accordingly.

By clicking the pencil icon on the client function listing page you can edit this Client function appearance in client area. Available option are

• Display as - name of this client function in client area

• Display in:

  • Service sidemenu

  • Service "apps" menu

• Small icon - you can upload the icon, use 16x16px png image

• Large icon - you can upload the icon, use 48x48px png image

You can also choose to Apply changes to all client functions of this type.
