Product/services Messages settings

You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Settings → Products & Services → Your order page → Your product → Emails

Overview


HostBill gives you an option to automatically send emails to you customers upon certain evens related to given products/services (listed below). The template for all emails can be edited in Settings → Email Templates.

Client Email notifications

Initial Order

Send to client the email to confirm the purchase. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Account created email

Send to client the email to confirm that the account was created. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Account suspended email

Send to client the email to inform them upon account suspension. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Account unsuspended email

Send to client the email to inform them upon account unsuspension. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Account terminated email

Send to client the email to inform them upon account termination. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Reminder of the expiration date

Send to client the email to inform them about the upcoming service expiration date. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Client: Success upgrade

Send to client the email to inform about successful account upgrade. Choose the email template from the list - you can manage templates in Settings → Email Templates.

Admin Email Notifications

Staff: Success upgrade

Send the email to staff members to inform about successful account upgrade.

Staff: Failed upgrade

Send the email to staff members inform about failed account upgrade.

Client Mobile Notifications

Account created

Send to client the notification to confirm that the account was created.
