You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Extras → System Logs - Main Log File

Main Log File

Entries in this log show all system and module logs. The table displays the date and time of the event, module (systemlog or related module), level, the message (that describes the vent) and allows you to view metadata for this event. The information from this log can be especially useful to check various modules-related errors.
