You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Extras → System Logs → Account Logs.

Account Logs

Entries in this log show actions taken on accounts. You can find entries about account creation, suspension, termination, synchronization, invoice generation and any other action taken on accounts, either manually by client or staff or automatically by HostBill.
