Ticket Types

You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Settings → General Settings → Support → Ticket Types

Overview


HostBill allows you to create custom ticket types and re-arrange current ones to best suit your company's support workflow. Default ticket statuses include:

  • General
  • Billing
  • Delivery
  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Project
  • Question
  • Task

To create custom status simply click on Create custom type button, provide the type name.
