Billing Contact Select

Overview

The Billing Contact Select plugin allows administrators and clients to manage billing contact details for accounts and domains, ensuring accurate contact information for billing and communication purposes.

Once enabled module will allow end customers to pick billing contact related to purchase - invoice issued for order will use billing contact details.

Module prevents merging invoices belonging to different billing contacts under customer account

 

Activating the module

  1. The plugin is free and available to all HostBill users. In order to activate the plugin go to Settings→ Modules→ Plugins → Inactive, find and activate BillingContactSelect plugin.

  2. Once the plugin is activated you will be directed to Settings→ Modules→ Plugins to configure the module.

Configuring Client Functions   

In Products & Services → Your Order Page → Your Product → Client Functions you can control what features customer will have access to in client portal, by clicking Enable/Disable next to the given option.
Use Edit button to adjust function appearance in the client portal.

The Billing Contact Select module add client functions to hosting and domains products:

After the Client Function is enabled, the client can change the billing contact for the service:
