Hosted.AI
Overview
HostedAI is a software platform that helps manage GPU resources. The Hosted.ai module for HostBill provides seamless provisioning, automation, and usage-based billing for Hosted.ai services directly within HostBill. It enables providers to offer GPU-as-a-Service with accurate billing based on real resource consumption, automated team creation with policy assignment, full service lifecycle control, client-side usage visibility, and single sign-on access to the Hosted.ai platform, all managed from a centralized HostBill interface.
Activating the module
If the module is included in your HostBill edition you can download it from your client portal.
If the module is not included in your HostBill edition you can purchase it from our marketplace and then download it from the client area.
Once you download the module extract it in the main HostBill directory.
Go to Settings → Modules → Hosting Modules, find and activate Hosted.ai module.
Connecting HostBill with Hosted.ai
Proceed to Settings → Apps → Add new App
From Applications list select Sonic Panel
Enter:
4. Verify entered credentials by clicking Test Connection to check if HostBill can connect
5. Save Changes
Adding Hosted.ai product
In HostBill go to Settings → Products & Services, and Add new order page
From Order Types select Other Services
Enter your orderpage name, select orderpage template. Save Changes
Add new product in the new orderpage. Provide product name and setup price and then Save Changes.
In product configuration section proceed to Connect with App, select Hosted.ai and app server created in previous steps.
Save changes, use "Get values from server" to load available options
Fill the fields:
Color - color of team created by this product
Image Policy
Instance Type Policy
Role - pick role for default team member created by module
Resource Policy
Service Policy
Submit changes - your package is ready
Note: During recurring invoice generation for service, module will pull current billing period usage from Hosted.AI and adjust invoice accordingly.

Configuring Client Functions
In Products & Services → Your Order Page → Your Product → Client Functions you can control what features customer will have access to in client portal, by clicking Enable/Disable next to the given option.
Use Edit button to adjust function appearance in the client portal.
For Hosted.ai you can enable a number of standard standard client functions + dedicated to this module:
