Ticket Statuses

You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Settings → General Settings → Support → Ticket Statuses

Overview


HostBill allows you to create custom ticket statuses and re-arrange current ones to best suit your company's support workflow. Default ticket statuses include:

  • Open
  • Sent-out
  • Closed
  • Answered
  • In-progress
  • Client-reply

To create custom status simply click on Create custom status button, provide the status name and choose the color. You can also decide if you want the status to auto-close by cron if not replied, depending on the department settings.
