Overview

Service Auto Renewal is one of the Client Function which enables clients to control if the service will automatically generate renewal invoices. This option is available only for regular billing model, pre-paid type.

Configuration

Appearance

By clicking the pencil icon on the client function listing page you can edit this Client function appearance in client area. Available option are:

  • Display as - name of this client function in client area
  • Display in:
    • Service sidemenu
    • Service "apps" menu
  • Small icon - you can upload the icon, use 16x16px png image
  • Large icon - you can upload the icon, use 48x48px png image

You can also choose to Apply changes to all client functions of this type.

If auto-renew is enabled, a renewal invoice for the subscription will be issued automatically.

If auto-renew is disabled, the subscription will terminate upon reaching its due date. The client will need to request renewal manually for each billing period.

The client can choose Default payment method. Renewal invoices may be automatically paid depending on selected payment option.
