You can find this section in Extra » System Logs » Ticket Import Log

Ticket Import Log

All incoming messages that pass trough your system are logged in this section. You can find their import status, check why email was not imported and inspect their content.

Each entry shows date and email recipient for that email, you can hover over status "?" icon to get more detailed info.
