PHPMyAdmin script is automatically installed with HostBill Enterprise under:
https://[YourHostBillIP]/splv1/apps/phpmyadmin
If you want to remove it:
1. Login to your HostBill server's ssh
2. Remove file:

3. Restart webserver:
