You can find this section in HostBill Admin → Settings → Security Settings → Login Notifications.

This section allows you to enable / disable login notifications for admin contacts.

If you enable login notification for your staff members, each login to admin area will send specified staff member short notification email about who, and from what IP logged in to your system.

You can also can take an advantage of Admin activity log option, where you can find information about admins' activities such as: login and logout time, last access and IP address.
