In order to activate NameCheap you need to go under Settings -> Modules -> Domain Modules. Then, you have to click 'Activate' tab next to NameCheap module. To configure the activated module, you ought need to go under Settings -> Apps -> Add New App. Once , NameCheap is added as a new app you will be asked for a new module configuration.
