tBill can notify your staff members about important events (like escalated =
ticket or new order) or notif=
y your client over mobile media (iPhone/Android push, SMS & more).
To enable mobile notifications you need to activate at least one of the = notification modules. Detailed instructions on how to activate and configur= e notification modules with a complete list of available notification modul= es can be found here. Once you have mobile notificat= ion module activated and configured you can choose which notifications you = want to enable: for clients and/or for staff membe= rs (admin notifications).
