Overview

he SSL Store is one of the top major SSL providers in the world. With TheSSLstore.com module for HostBill you can sell and manage SSL certificates completely hassle-free, as HostBill integration fully automates management and provisioning of your SSL certificate offerings.

Activating the module

  1. If the module is included in your HostBill edition you can download it from your client portal.
  2. If the module is not included in your HostBill edition you can purchase it from our marketplace and then download it from the client area.
  3. Once you download the module extract it in the main HostBill directory.
  4. Go to Settings → Modules → Hosting Modules, find and activate TheSSLStore module.

Connecting HostBill with TheSSLStore

  1. Proceed to Settings → Apps → Add new App
  2. From Applications list select TheSSLStore
  3. Enter:
    • Name - Name of this connection
    • API Partner Code
    • Authentication Token -  you can obtain it fromThe SSL Store → Home → Dashboard → API Settings

      4. Verify entered credentials by clicking Test Connection to check if HostBill can connect
      5. Save Changes

Adding TheSSLStore product

  1. In HostBill go to Settings → Products & Services, and Add new order page
  2. From Order Types select The SSL Store Certificates
  3. After creating the order page, there should be a list of available certs, choose one
  4. Here you can change product price and description, check out other tabs for more configuration options
  5. In product configuration, under 'Conecct with app' you can change SSL provider and certificate type.
  6. Save changes, your package is ready

Configuring Client Functions   

In Products & Services → Your Order Page → Your Product → Client Functions you can control what features customer will have access to in client portal, by clicking Enable/Disable next to the given option.
Use Edit button to adjust function appearance in the client portal.

For TheSSLStore you can enable the following client functions dedicated to this module:

  1. Certificate Setup - allow the customer to configure certificate
