Two-way SMS verification

This module supports two-way SMS verification of customer accounts. How it's working:

  1. Customer signs up
  2. HostBill sends him SMS with activation code
  3. Customer send activation code in SMS reply
  4. HostBill activate customer's account

To activate two-way SMS verification, enable option Force entering code by replying SMS in the module's configuration. Also, select the support department in which new tickets will be created containing SMS notifications sent from customers.

In addition, you can select a pre-configured Support macro that will be run on the created ticket after the client account has been activated. The selected macro can be used, for example, for a quick response in a ticket or for closing a ticket.

Modules that support two-way SMS verification:

  1. Nexmo SMS
  2. SMS Eagle
